Highlighting Keywords in Your Blog and Creating a Link

Today, I want to take a minute to show you how to highlight keywords in your text and create a link.  This way, you can write your post, and readers can "click" on highlighted words to go to a new window that focuses on that word.  I do not know all of the technical "jargon", so if you know it share it here!
