#22 Stretch



Stretch...I really mean stretch:)  Roll your head from side to side, stand up, touch your toes, yawn, laugh, bend side to side.  Take a deep breath.  Post what you notice.

Oh yes ! Feels wonderful, makes me aware of all the little needs in all the little places...joints, muscles, bones, and brain...the herbal bath that comes after the workout...nothing can compare~

LOL that I am sorely out of shape and need more time relaxing :) I also noticed that I felt more refreshed and vibrant, without the stress weighed upon me.
